Consumer Insights on Walking the Talk

I was pleasantly surprised today when I arrived home from a week on the road to a box from Delivering Happiness. Team Delivering Happiness exemplifies “walking the talk.” Thank you Tony and team, you rock!

What a treat — a personalized letter, T-shirt, DVD of the 2010 Delivering Happiness Bus Tour, a rubber charity:water bracelet, a bag of pop chips and an autographed copy of Delivering Happiness.

Just opening the box and finding the different items brings a smile to my face and reminds me of all the great stories in the book which has been on the New York Times bestseller list since it was published.

It means a lot to have an autographed copy of the book since I’ve already loaned my highlighted copy to my best friend and his wife.

I look forward to watching the DVD since I was not able to join the tour at any of its stops.

The charity:water bracelet means a lot since I joined the not-for-profit and I’m now working for a wastewater management, water reuse and rainwater harvesting company — Bord na Mona Environmental Products U.S. ( — that is committed to providing clean water and clean air.
